PPI(Pre-production inspection service)
A visual check on the quality of components, materials, and accessories at the beginning of against client's specifications and/or reference samples.The Pre-production inspection thus permits timely corrections and improvements before the mass production, is initiated , any non-conformity is immediately reported so as to avoid delay in shipment .
In general, we will check the following aspects for PPI:
· Check all quantity and quality issues of raw materials and main components
· Evaluate the production capability and equipment in the factory
· Semi-finished product check
· Finished product check
· Check the accuracy of production facilities and equipment
